Footnotesonline offers Regular Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Shipping. All in stock items are shipped either the same day or up to 2 business days after your order is placed. If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. All shipment deliveries are based on weekdays. There is an extra surcharge for Saturday delivery.
All orders over $350.00 require an adult signature upon delivery, unless requested otherwise in the comment box during checkout.

Returns
For your convenience, an Easy Return UPS label has been enlosed with your order. Simply drop the package off at any UPS pickup point and your return/exchange will be returned to Footnotesonline. You will have $5.00 deducted from your refund if this return method is utilized. This applies to US domestic orders only. International orders will be responsible for the full cost of returning any item.
Alternatively, you may ship back your Return or Exchange to us using any other shipping method, including US Postal Service or Fed Ex.
Free Exchanges
Footnotes now offers a simple free exchange process. Simply fill out our enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. Please note only domestic, US exchanges qualify for free exchange shipping.
