If, for any reason, you would like to return unworn merchandise, you will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable). For an exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Return form that was included with your order. Pack the merchandise in the original shoe box. Place the enclosed return label on. Please note: you are still responsible for the cost of shipping back the shoes. Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service. Q: How do I ship my Return to Footnotesonline?

Simply package the shoes in the original shoe box and either the original Footnotesonline.com shipping carton or a comparable shipping carton.

For your convenience, an Easy Return UPS label has been enlosed with your order. Simply drop the package off at any UPS pickup point and your return/exchange will be returned to Footnotesonline. You will have $6.00 subtracted from your Refund if you utilize this return method.

Alternatively, you may ship back your Return or Exchange to us using any other shipping method, including US Postal Service or Fed Ex.

Q: How do I ship my Exchange to Footnotesonline?

Footnotes now offers a simple free exchange process. Simply fill out our enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Simply package the shoes in the original shoe box and in either the original Footnotesonline.com shipping carton or a comparable shipping carton. Simply drop the package off at any UPS pickup point and your return/exchange will be returned to Footnotesonline. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed.
